Hereford Campaign for Better Flood Defences



Those of you who were redirected from www.bishopsmeadow.org.uk may have been surprised to arrive here, but Hereford Civic Society was one of the main movers behind the campaign to amend the poorly designed flood defences that are now being built. Some small amendments were made but we failed to make the design of the defences much better and were let down by local councillors who admitted they "didn't understand" the plans.
